We’re hiring a Content Moderator to join our team and contribute to safer, more positive digital interactions—right from the heart of Lisbon.
Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you'll review and assess user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines. Your precision, fairness, and sense of responsibility will help safeguard users and support a welcoming online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess various content formats (text, images, videos, links) to ensure compliance with platform policies

Apply moderation standards consistently and objectively across all cases

Handle user appeals with professionalism, empathy, and transparency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with legal and ethical standards

Monitor trends and behaviors to proactively identify potential risks

Provide input on tools and workflows to enhance moderation performance and user safety
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Swedish (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B1 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
