About the position

A fast-growing global brand in stationery, office supplies. They have a strong e-commerce presence now extending into new channels (including hardware cooperatives, distributors, and retail networks). This role offers the chance to shape the market presence and drive strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee overseas resources and lead the end-to-end establishment of offline sales networks abroad, ensuring brand reputation and revenue targets are met.
  2. Drive regional market expansion by executing company sales strategies, including partner development, distributor system setup, sales policy formulation, and budget planning to achieve annual sales goals.
  3. Maintain key distributor and partner relationships through regular visits and strategic communication.
  4. Monitor market dynamics, including competitor analysis, product feedback, and demand research, and consolidate insights for decision-making.
  5. Build and manage local teams, ensuring operational efficiency and goal alignment.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of offline sales experience in stationery, office supply
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, extensive local business networks, and a customer-centric approach.
