Carryoutmaintenance,upgrade,andswapactivitiesfortelecomsites.
Ensureproperweatherproofing,grounding,andlabelingofequipment.
Adherestrictlytosafetyprotocols,usePPE,andconductriskassessmentsbeforeclimbing.
Assist Site Engineer in site surveys and reporting.
Maintain rigging tools and equipment in good working condition.
Submit site photos and daily work reports as per project requirements.
