Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy, customized to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and preferences with professionalism, care, and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment space, ensuring a welcoming and tranquil environment.
- Stay up to date on the latest wellness trends and continuously deepen your knowledge of various massage therapies.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to elevate the overall spa experience and foster a positive, supportive work atmosphere.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend personalized wellness plans tailored to their unique needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a demonstrated history of satisfied clients.
- Valid certification in massage therapy from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques and the ability to adapt them to individual client requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and cared for.
- Genuine passion for wellness and a commitment to enhancing clients' well-being through your work.
- Keen attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required.
- Knowledge of local wellness regulations and practices is an advantage.
