About the position
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement intelligent agent-based workflows using Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, and Azure Functions
- Develop backend services in .NET, leveraging Azure serverless architecture
- Build advanced prompt engineering logic for adaptive agents
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to refine agent behaviors and optimize plugin orchestration
Requirements:
- 4+ years in backend development (C#/.NET)
- Strong experience in prompt engineering and GenAI agent design
- Hands-on with Azure, CosmosDB, Azure AI Search, and Semantic Kernel
- Familiarity with distributed systems and conversational AI patterns
