Whether you're greeting a first-time guest, picking up the phone for your 50th follow-up call, or celebrating a clients progress, you bring enthusiasm and care to every interaction. You're motivated by purpose and performanceexcited to guide people toward a stronger, healthier version of themselves through Pilates. Sales isn't just a transaction for youits a relationship.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth: Make 50+ outbound calls per day to leads, former members, and prospects. Share the Club Pilates experience and convert them into long-term members.

• Lead Studio Tours & Conversions: Create a welcoming environment for walk-ins and first-time visitors. Deliver personalized consultations and guide them toward the right membership or intro offer.

• Create Community: Engage with clients before and after class, support studio events, and build lasting relationships that foster a connected and loyal membership base.

• Handle Objections Confidently: Address common concerns (schedule, price, uncertainty) with empathy and clarityalways focusing on how Club Pilates can help meet their goals.

• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with studio leadership and instructors to deliver an exceptional experience across every touch point from the first call to the first class and beyond.

Requirements

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or retail sales strongly preferred

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable making high-volume calls and working toward daily/weekly sales goals

• Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others

• Availability on evenings and at least one weekend day per week

• Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
