What You'll Do (and Love)

  • Lead Life-Changing Stretch Sessions: Use proven techniques to deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretches that help clients move and feel their best.

  • Be a Trusted Expert: Educate and empower clients on mobility, recovery, posture, and performanceyour anatomy knowledge makes you their go-to resource.

  • Build Relationships That Last: Make each client feel seen, supported, and motivated to come backbecause of you.

  • Represent the Brand: Be a studio ambassador, partner with the sales team, and help turn first-time visitors into lifelong members.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Constantly grow through continued education, team training, and hands-on experience in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You're not just a coachyoure a movement expert who lives and breathes wellness. You have the education, energy, and empathy to meet clients where they are and guide them to where they want to be.

You Must Have One of the Following:

  • A degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field

  • A current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

  • A professional license as: Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

  • A credential in: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with human anatomy training

Bonus Qualifications

  • CPR/AED Certified (or willing to get certified)

  • 1+ year experience working hands-on with clients in fitness, therapy, or wellness

  • Deep understanding of human anatomy and functional movement

  • Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder

  • Team player with a positive, professional vibe

  • Ready to hustle and have fun doing it
