What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage transportation infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
- Oversee highway design and engineering projects, including MDOT projects.

Direct multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and technicians.

Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful communication and project outcomes.
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback to junior staff.
- Actively participate in business development efforts, including proposals and client outreach.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
- Professional Engineering (PE) License (Preferred; Candidates close to licensure will also be considered)
- Minimum 8+ years of highway engineering design experience, including MDOT project experience
- 5+ years of project management experience leading civil/transportation engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of roadway design standards, construction documents, and permitting processes

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven track record of client relationship management and successful project delivery
