About the position
Join Our Team as a Solutions Consultant (Hungarian & English Speaker)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Schedule: 09:00–19:00, Monday–Sunday
Training: Fully paid, 3 weeks on-site
Are you fluent in Hungarian and English, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a motivated Solutions Consultant to support our clients and help them thrive.
Your Mission
- Deliver expert product and service support with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Communicate via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries using established processes and a rich knowledge base
- Use CRM and ticketing tools efficiently
- Meet performance targets (call handling time, resolution rates, customer happiness)
- Share insights and collaborate with your team
- Stay informed through ongoing training and product updates
Who You Are
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
- Great communicator with active listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable following structured procedures and adapting to new tools
- Quick learner who stays calm under pressure
- Self-driven and passionate about creating positive customer experiences
