You'll create eye-catching videos and graphics that boost our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. From idea to execution, you'll bring stories to life with strong design and editing skills, always staying on top of trends to keep content fresh, effective, and on-brand.

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer and Video Editor to create compelling visual content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and digital ad platforms. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of social-first video content.

You'll be responsible for designing scroll-stopping visuals, editing short-form videos, and creating content optimized for social engagement and conversion. Your work will directly support our marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and eCommerce growth strategies.

In this role, you will:

• Design and edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that drives engagement and conversions.
• Create graphic assets for digital ads, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, engaging snippets for TikTok and Instagram.
• Add music, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects aligned with platform trends and brand guidelines.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to align on campaign direction and delivery timelines.
• Deliver quick turnaround drafts and iterate based on feedback for high-volume creative production.
• Stay up to date on TikTok and Instagram trends, ad creative best practices, and evolving design tool

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing, ideally in a social media or eCommerce context focused on consumer products.
• Prior experience creating content for consumer brands targeting the U.S. market (e.g., skincare, home goods, lifestyle, gadgets) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, and UseButter.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging creative technologies is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and mobile-first design.
• Deep knowledge of platform-specific specs and best practices, particularly for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Meta Ads.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative output in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is reliable under tight deadlines.
• Experience designing interactive or game-inspired ad formats that drive user engagement and performance.
• Understands how to use strong calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive engagement.
• Keeps up with design and editing trends on platforms like TikTok and Meta.

Philippine Time (PHT):

• Work days & hours: Monday to Friday, 3PM12AM PH
