Job Description:

Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
Address customer inquiries, follow up promptly, and deliver suitable solutions.
Review customer requests and prepare accurate sales quotations.
Regularly update clients on project progress in a timely manner.
Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports; conduct pre-production meetings (PPMs).
Coordinate sales activities between the factory and overseas offices.
Collaborate with customers to finalize technical specifications.
Perform detailed contract reviews with clients before confirming sales orders.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive sales order details are communicated to engineering and production teams.
Prepare detailed job sheets including client requirements.
Assist the team in creating marketing, sales, and presentation materials.
Share market forecasts with the team and contribute to market analysis activities.
Be open to traveling when required.

Requirements:

At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing sector.
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or Pro-E).
