About the position
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through effective digital strategies, brand management, and ensuring compliance with marketing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition through digital channels.
Brand Management: Maintain brand integrity across all digital platforms and marketing initiatives.
Conventional Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital strategies with traditional marketing efforts for cohesive brand messaging.
Marketing Support: Provide support to various marketing initiatives including content marketing, social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
Compliance and Audits: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Conduct audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4-8 years of proven experience.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
