About the position
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle leave and attendance records
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and preparation of HR-related reports
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local employment regulations
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
- Coordinate courier services, travel arrangements, and meeting room bookings
- Support the organization of company events and employee engagement activities
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Act as a liaison between departments and external vendors
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR and admin support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, responsible, and a team player
