HR cum Admin Assistant

About the position

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle leave and attendance records
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and preparation of HR-related reports
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local employment regulations

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Coordinate courier services, travel arrangements, and meeting room bookings
  • Support the organization of company events and employee engagement activities
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external vendors

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR and admin support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, responsible, and a team player
