Position Overview

We are currently hiring Estheticians, Nail Artists, and Pedicure Technicians to deliver exceptional services in a clean, upscale, and professional setting. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to grow your income based on service revenue and product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of esthetic services including facials, waxing, threading, and skincare treatments

• Deliver professional manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic nail services, nail art, and cuticle care

• Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization

• Recommend retail products and treatments based on client needs

• Maintain a consistent and punctual schedule with exceptional time management

• Assist with seasonal promotions and in-salon campaigns when required

• Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and rebooking

• Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in esthetics or nail care (salon, spa, or freelance)

• Certified in esthetics, nail technology, or related cosmetology programs

• Strong portfolio of nail artistry or skincare results is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment

• Professional appearance and adherence to salon dress code

• Ability to work independently and manage appointments with minimal supervision

Compensation Model

This role operates under a revenue-sharing structure. Your compensation will be based on the net revenue generated from services performed, with the opportunity to increase earnings based on repeat clients, product sales, and service add-ons. Full commission and performance structure will be discussed during the interview process.
