Senior Sales Manager - Quezon City

Location: Eastwood / 100% onsite

Schedule: Dayshift

Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

Coach and mentor and grow a team of sales professionals.
Set performance objectives, track KPIs, and create development plans to drive excellence.

2. Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Management

Grow sales company's portfolio: Co-location, CloudSecure (IaaS/SaaS/DraaS/BaaS, UCaaS/VoIP, and IT Leasing ), with direct enterprise end-users
Develop partnership with industry partners, ISVs, Sis, consultants, and vendors.
Develop territory plans, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting.

3. Lead Conversion & Deal Execution

Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, technical scoping, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
Apply consultative, solution-centric selling to win enterprise accounts for long-term strategic engagements.

4. Commercial & Technical Proposal Development

Lead the creation of compelling proposals, scopes of work (SOWs), and pricing models.
Ensure proposal are comprehensive, legally sound, and aligned with service capabilities, working with Pre-Sales, Service Engineering, Service Delivery, Finance Teams

5. Solution Selling & Technical Collaboration

Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Service Engineering, and Service Delivery
Teams to design and scope integrated

Qualifications:

12+ years in enterprise B2B sales, Experience in those areas IT infrastructure and virtualization
and containers, data management, and cybersecurity.
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, IT, or similar; MBA/technical master's
preferred.
5+ years leading sales or technical account teams. (Senior Manager Level)
Proven ability to convert leads into revenue with commercial and technical proposals.
Technical familiarity with colocation, IaaS/SaaS/DraaS/BaaS, NaaS, UCaaS, and IT leadership.
Excellent written/verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Collaborative leadership style with cross-functional coordination experience
