About the position
Site Supervisor Residential Care Home (18-Month Contract)
Location: Uxbridge
Contract Length: 18 Months
Day Rate: Competitive, DOE
Start: ASAP
Our client, a well-regarded principal contractor, is seeking a Site Supervisor to support delivery on a new-build residential care home development in Uxbridge. The project is scheduled for 18 months, with a clear focus on quality, compliance, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations to ensure H&S, quality, and timelines are maintained

Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics

Liaise with the Site Manager and project stakeholders

Maintain accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
-
SMSTS or SSSTS certification (in date)

Proven experience supervising care home or similar residential schemes
-
Strong knowledge of site safety, NHBC standards, and trades coordination
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Please note: This is an active construction site, and standard health and safety risks apply. A solid understanding of safe systems of work and adherence to site protocols is essential.
