Finance Manager

HRSI is Looking (Finance Manager)For Our Client.

Provide monthly reporting on unit-level and site-level profitability.

Develop and manage budgets, including income, operating expenses, and capital

investments.

Forecast and manage cash flow, rental collections, deposits, and vendor payments to

maintain liquidity and support expansion plans.

Ensure timely collection of rental payments, manage aging reports, and implement

controls to reduce bad debt and late payments.

Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with

local accounting standards, tax filings, and audit requirements.

Support financial evaluation of new facility investments, upgrades, or expansion projects

with ROI analysis.

Work closely with the operations teams to align pricing strategies and support customer

retention initiatives with data-backed insights.

Must have good command on excel and work efficiently.

Any other task assigned by the Management.

Education: MBA Finance with Certifications in Finance. Preferably, CMA/CA/ACCA

Experience: 5-7 years experience

Age Limit: Max 35 years
