Your Role:

As a Client Support Advisor, you’ll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Providing professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
Answering inquiries and offering the best possible solutions
Resolving issues quickly and efficiently
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
Working closely with different teams to improve service quality

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Slovak (written & spoken)
Good command of English
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with good computer skills
