Job Summary:
Our client is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (MEP) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs, contracts, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track construction costs
- Prepare and analyze tender documents
- Conduct site measurements and valuations
- Collaborate with project teams
Requirements:
- Diploma, B.E, B.Tech, or equivalent
- Proficiency in:
- PlanSwift
- AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of MEP construction practices
Preferred Candidate:
- Currently residing in UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi)
- Any nationality
