Reports to: CEO and COO (Sydney)

Remuneration: Rp 30,000,000 - 38,000,000 per month gross

Mission

Launch and grow Refracts first offshore engineering hub, acting as both player‐coach and cultural champion.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and architecture oversight across front‐end, back‐end, and infrastructure.
Run agile ceremonies, manage sprint delivery, and own release cadence.
Hire, mentor, and develop a cross‐functional squad.
Liaise with Sydney stakeholders across time‐zones.
Steward reliability, security, and cost‐efficiency using best‐practice platform tooling.

Requirements

8-10 years building SaaS on public cloud platforms.
2+ years in a player‐coach or team‐lead capacity.
Strong experience with modern programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Python) and with container‐orchestration, infrastructure‐as‐code, and CI/CD tooling.
Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable in client‐facing architecture sessions.
Bonus: Proven cloud‐cost‐optimisation achievements; experience with compliance audits (SOC 2 / ISO 27001).
