Positions Available:

• Full-Time Client Service Representative: Day, Swing, and Overnight shifts.

About the Role:

At the ER & Specialty hospital you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and on the phone. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.

• Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the appointment calendar.

• Checking clients in and out, processing payments, and managing invoices.

• Maintaining accurate client records and updating patient information.

• Communicating effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other staff members.

• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries with patience and empathy.

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.

• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.

• EZYvet or similar PMS software knowledge required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with veterinary practice management software

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
