We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Surgical Services to lead our surgical department in Mayfield, Kentucky. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of our surgical services, ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage surgical services, including operating rooms, sterile processing, and perioperative services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital administration on strategic initiatives.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory guidelines and hospital policies.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction, and safety outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience in surgical services leadership
- Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kentucky
- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in surgical or perioperative services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
