About the position
We’re hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers to run steady routes with weekly home time. If you’re a new graduate, we offer paid hands-on training to jumpstart your career.
Pay & Miles
- Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,400
- Mileage Pay: $0.80 CPM
- Average Miles: 1,400 per week
- Extra Stop Pay: $20 per stop
Schedule & Freight
- Home Time: Every weekend (48-hour reset)
- Route Type: Regional
- Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van
- Equipment: Late-model sleeper trucks with modern safety features
CDL Graduate Program
- Paid training: 4–6 weeks
- Earn $650/week while you train
- One-on-one mentorship with professional driver trainers
- CDL school grads accepted (must have 120+ hour certificate)

Hiring Requirements
- 21+ years old with valid CDL-A
- 6+ months of OTR experience or recent CDL graduate (120+ hour certificate)

- No unresolved SAP or DOT violations
