Requirements:

  • Experience in program/project management, continuous improvement, or service transformation
  • Experience using data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and/or service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC)

Responsibilities:

1. Process Analysis and Improvement:

  • Analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Reporting findings to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations.

3. Project Management:

  • Managing continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensuring projects align with organizational goals and objectives.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Working with various teams and departments to implement changes.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

5. Training and Support:

  • Providing training and support to employees on new processes and systems.
  • Ensuring the successful adoption of new practices.
