Assistant Manager - Travel (Cebu) | Onsite

About the position

Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)

Shift: GY Shift

Requirements: 

  • 5 years in BPO
  • 2 to 3 years in a TL level role
  • Preferrably with experience in Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo tools
  • Good commnication Skills
  • Travel industry experience is a must
  • GDS is a non negotiable tool the rest are preferred

Education Requirements: At least 2 years in College (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
  • Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives
  • Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
  • Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
  • Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
  • Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects
  • Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
  • Demonstrates analytical capabilities, problem solving, ambiguity management, multi-tasking
    abilities in-addition to drive results and collaborating & relationship building skills.
