Sales Executive (Reactive) - (Proactive )

About the position

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage both inbound and outbound sales activities. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities. The role involves understanding customer need's, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing suitable solutions to meet their needs.

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and client entertainment activities.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and potential clients, nurturing long-term relationships.

- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals aligned with customer requirements, and follow up to convert inquiries into sales.

- Negotiate and close deals to meet individual and team sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal departments to process orders and ensure timely delivery.

- Record all customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities accurately using CRM or sales reporting tools.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and gather   market insights.

- Assist in resolving post-sale issues and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct during client meetings, including VIP clients, in accordance with company standards.

- Keep abreast of market trends and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales or customer service roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.

- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with sales systems such as Opera and basic reporting tools.

- Must be based in Riyadh with a valid KSA driving license.

- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and capable of handling VIP client meetings.

- Knowledge of high-end events and the luxury market is preferred.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in event management or high-end hospitality sectors.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-term client relationships.

- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.
