Site Supervisor Rack Deployment Projects
Location: New Carlisle, IN
Pay: $26-$37/hr. depending on experience,
Start Date: Variable (pending background check and orientation)
About the Role: Precision-driven leader needed to supervise site crews depalletizing , moving assets and securely transport into live data centers.
Responsibilities:
· On-site crew management and task delegation
· Liaison between project management and labor crew
· Enforce project timeline, documentation accuracy, and safety protocols
Requirements:
· Prior supervisory experience in logistics or construction
· Strong organizational and people management skills
· Must pass background check and drug screening
· PPE-compliant (boots, glasses, gloves, vest, hard hat, hearing protection)
