Administrative - Marketing Coodinator

About the position

Administrative & Marketing Coordinator needed to oversee our marketing initiatives and some office functions. This position includes welcoming visitors, managing phone inquiries, creating marketing materials, and organizing trade shows.

Responsibilities

- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.

- Manage shared mailboxes and office supplies, and handle administrative tasks.

- Scan invoices, track website orders, and keep sales reports and product listings accurate.

- Update websites, create flyers, and run email campaigns using Constant Contact.

- Support trade shows and industry events.

- Work with vendors and teams to keep marketing projects on track and consistent with our brand.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience supporting a marketing team in an administrative role.

- Experience composing or spearheading marketing campaigns and intiatives.

- Know how to use Constant Contact or similar email marketing tools.

- Experience with trade shows, events, or product launches.

- Strong writing and visual communication skills, with attention to design and branding.
