About the position
Position: Pilates Instructor
Location: Club Pilates 579 Troy-Schenectady Road, Latham, NY 12110
Compensation: $25 to $50 per class (based on experience and certifications)
Target Start Date: First week of September
Schedule: Multiple shifts available across all 7 days weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
About Club Pilates Latham
Club Pilates is a leader in boutique group fitness, delivering safe, effective, and inclusive Reformer-based Pilates classes to communities nationwide. Our brand-new Latham studio is opening this September, and were building a dynamic team of certified instructors who are passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better.
Who We're Looking For
Were hiring Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructors who are enthusiastic, professional, and committed to empowering others through movement. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic, a warm personality, and a love for teaching Pilates, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Teach
- Group Reformer Pilates Classes (50-minute sessions starting at the top of each hour)
- Intro Classes (30-minute introductory sessions for new clients)
- Private and Semi-Private Sessions (scheduled at member request)
Instructor Availability
Were hiring for all shifts, and were especially open to instructors who can commit to block scheduling on weekdays and/or weekends.
Studio hours are:
- Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 AM 9:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 AM 8:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Whether you prefer early mornings, evenings, or weekendswe can build a schedule around your availability.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Required)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury modifications
- Experience teaching group classes (preferred)
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professionalism
