About the position

Are you fluent in German? Are you based in Spain or open to relocating to sunny Malaga? Were on the lookout for German-speaking Account Managers to join a growing B2B project for one of the most prestigious names in the financial services industry.

As an Account Manager, you'll build strong client relationships and help them maximize their experience and loyalty with the brand. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for service, and a commercial mindset!

What will you be doing?

Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the German market
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Provide tailored support and advice to maximize client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account management
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver performance KPIs

What do we need from you?

Fluent German (C2)
English proficiency (B2+) for internal communication
1+ year experience in account management, sales, or client services
Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven attitude
Comfortable working with CRM tools and performance targets
