About the position
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting positive employee relations.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in Recruitment and Training, preferably in an ISO-certified organization.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 (or relevant standards) and experience maintaining HR documentation for compliance is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and talent assessment capabilities.
- Experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience using HRIS, and Canva design
