HRD Sr. Staff - HR Generalist (Pasig) | Onsite

About the position

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting positive employee relations.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
  • Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in Recruitment and Training, preferably in an ISO-certified organization.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 (or relevant standards) and experience maintaining HR documentation for compliance is an advantage.
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and talent assessment capabilities.
  • Experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience using HRIS, and Canva design
