Hydraulic Service Technician
Location: Acton, MA (On-site) Schedule: Mon Fri, 8AM5PM (Training: 12PM8PM) Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Travel: ~20% across North America & Canada
Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for hydraulic systems and customer service? Our client, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic hose and tubing processing equipment, is seeking a Hydraulic Service Technician to join their team in Acton, MA.
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Manage installations, testing, and service tasks in collaboration with the technical team
- Travel to customer sites across North America and Canada (approx. 20% annually)
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in hydraulic or mechanical service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable with travel and hands-on technical work
- All education levels welcome
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $61,000$80,000/year
