Organizational Change Manager
Location: Hybrid New York, NY + surrounding areas (NJ, CT, PA) Type: Contract | $65/hour Industry: Insurance

We're seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead impactful initiatives across a dynamic insurance organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business goals
- Engage stakeholders and foster buy-in across departments
- Partner with communications teams to deliver clear, compelling messaging
- Assess organizational readiness and implement mitigation plans
- Monitor change effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with HR, project managers, and leadership to ensure seamless integration
- Report progress, challenges, and wins to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in change management and organizational development
- Strong grasp of change management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving finesse
Preferred Skills
- Insurance industry experience
- Project management background
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
