Job Title: Program Manager - Adult Behavioral Health
Location: Taylor, MI
Salary: $39.52-$53.19/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (at least one late evening weekly; additional evening/weekend hours as needed)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Program Manager to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of adult behavioral health programs. This full-time, permanent role requires leadership in staff supervision, community engagement, and program compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinical and administrative functions of adult behavioral health services
• Train, orient, and provide clinical oversight to program staff
• Ensure compliance with various funding and program requirements
• Build and maintain community partnerships
• Participate in program development and evaluation

Qualifications:

• Masters in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Full Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, LLP) Required
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in adult mental health or SUD programs
• CAADC credential or MCBAP Development Plan within 30 days of hire
• Experience in program development and evaluation
• Valid drivers license with favorable driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
• Culturally competent and flexible in dynamic environments
