About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FSO Global Manager to join our team. The FSO Global Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial services operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in various countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FSO and management, as well as a deep understanding of global markets and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of EUC Tracks (USS/FSS).
- Should be open to travel to other sites in case required.
- Should have Good Communication/Presentation skills.
- Good Experience of Incident/Change/Problem Management/P1/P2 call/RCA submission.
- Manages performance and behaviour of track leads & team through meetings/coaching. Ensure operations are running effectively, and all Targets/SLA are met.
- Accountable for Performance/Client/People management along with attending internal and client review meetings.
- Drive Profit Improvement plan/Margin improvement through Automation/Shift Left/Lean/Process Improvement/Performance review
- Strong working knowledge of MS applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Keep Track of all open items discussed on call and share minutes of meeting.
- Ability to articulate & present the required information to the stakeholders in a clear & concise manner.
