Qualifications & Skills
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in French; proficient in English (B2 or higher).

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools is a plus.
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
