About the position
We are looking for strategic and detail-oriented Project Development professionals with solid experience in vertical/ horizontal real estate projects. As a key member of our development team, you will oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers, ensuring alignment with design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of vertical projects from site evaluation, feasibility studies, and concept design to construction, turnover, and post-completion review.
- Coordinate with internal teams (planning, design, construction, finance, sales & marketing) and external consultants to align project direction with strategic objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and financial data to support product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Secure permits and clearances from government agencies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, risk mitigation, and timeline adherence.
- Support procurement processes, contractor/vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and present project briefs, business cases, and updates to senior management.
- Champion quality and innovation in high-rise development, integrating sustainability and safety best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project development, preferably handling vertical residential or commercial projects.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools and real estate market analysis.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati or Cebu.
