Job Title: Store Sales Representative
Hourly Pay: $16 - $22/hour

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Sales Representative to join our in-store team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and questions
Share detailed information about products, features, and promotions
- Operate the POS system to process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise
Handle customer issues professionally and ensure a positive resolution
Meet sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
- Receive and organize inventory, restock shelves, and support display setups
- Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a welcoming and helpful team dynamic
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Basic knowledge of using POS systems and handling transactions
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain store appearance
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
