As a Retail Staff Member, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and help keep the store clean and organized. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about retail and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist with product selection, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization by restocking shelves and keeping aisles clear
Process transactions accurately at the point-of-sale (POS) system
Help with product inventory, including stock counts and replenishment
- Address customer questions, concerns, and returns in a polite and professional manner
- Ensure the store environment is visually appealing and meets company standards
- Assist with other daily store operations as needed
Qualifications:
No experience required; training will be provided
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for handling transactions
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
