About the position
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team. The Finance Intern will assist with a variety of accounting and financial tasks, gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and day-to-day finance operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to build a strong foundation for a career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and spreadsheets.

Support the team with data entry, account reconciliations, and record keeping.

Help monitor and analyze financial data and trends.

Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.

Conduct research on financial trends, competitors, or industry benchmarks.

Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation.

Assist with internal audits and compliance checks.

Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or supervisor.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
