What you'll do:
Review, audit, and moderate user content in line with platform guidelines
Analyse and handle reports on sensitive or complex issues
Make decisions on nuanced, contextdependent policies in an evolving environment
Contribute ideas to improve processes and the overall user experience
What were looking for:
️ Fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2)
️ At least 6 months experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field
️ Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication skills
️ Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
