Role Overview:
As a Customer Specialist, you’ll manage email and live chat inquiries—no phone calls involved. You'll help ensure content quality, uphold community standards, and detect potential fraud, all while delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and clearly to customer inquiries via email and live chat

Review and moderate user-generated content to meet platform standards

Investigate and act on suspicious or fraudulent activity

Maintain accurate and organized case records

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes

Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
