Location: Body Fit Training (BFT) Houston, TX
Compensation: $12 per hour + commission on sales (uncapped earning potential)
Job Type: Part-Time (evening shifts and every other Saturday required)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to support the studios growth by driving new memberships, providing exceptional client experiences, and promoting our brand in the local community. This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-oriented, confident in communication, and excited to work in a fitness-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing memberships

• Conduct studio tours and intro appointments with prospective members

• Build strong relationships by identifying individual fitness goals and providing tailored solutions

• Achieve or exceed monthly membership and retail sales targets

• Promote studio events, classes, and community outreach initiatives

• Maintain accurate lead data and communication in the ClubReady system

• Assist with front desk operations, studio cleanliness, and member support as needed

• Represent the BFT brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confidence in sales with a desire to meet and exceed goals

• Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with ClubReady is a plus)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Able to work evening shifts (5:00 PM 8:30 PM) and every other Saturday morning (7:30 AM 12:00 PM)

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Must live within 25 minutes of the studio

Preferred but not required:

• Background in fitness, wellness, retail, or customer service

• Passion for health and fitness and knowledge of the BFT brand

Compensation & Benefits

• $12 per hour base pay

• Commission paid on all membership and service sales (uncapped)
