Talent Acquisition Assistant

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboarding Support

Assist with onboarding tasks such as pre-employment medical examination, payroll account opening, background/reference checks, and new hire documentation and preparations.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Develop/Improve and maintain trackers, monitoring templates for pre-employment
Sustainable and updated pre-employment tracking system
100% on-time processing of endorsements
100% complete and on-time documentations for 201
Positive candidate experience at the pre-employment stage

General Admin Support

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including request for payment, document preparation, and filing.
Maintain inventory of recruitment materials, and brand collaterals.
100% On-time payment processing
Organized document keeping

Recruitment Activities

Collaborate with the TA team and provide assistance in sending HR online assessment to the candidates.
Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes
Assist in screening resumes, and forwarding qualified candidates to the TA team (as needed or for development purposes).
Send generic feedback to candidates as applicable
