About the position
Job Title: Design Manager
Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: PHP 45,000 to 100,000 (range will be depending on the level qualifications and experience)
About the Role
We are looking for multiple creative and trend-savvy Jr. and Sr. Design Managers to lead our seasonal product development. One role will focus on accessories, bags, wallets, and lifestyle shoes, while the other will specialize in women's clothing, apparel. These positions are ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, design functionality, and youth-oriented trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of fashion accessories, lifestyle shoes, bags, or women's clothing depending on the role
- Create technical drawings, mood boards, and design specifications for vendor and production execution
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal production teams to ensure product feasibility, quality, and on-time delivery
- Ensure all design outputs are aligned with the brand identity and target customer profiles
- Collaborate with designers, product development, and merchandising teams to meet seasonal timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related creative discipline
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in fashion or accessory design, for senior manager - much more higher years of experience
- Strong skills in graphic design, product sketching, and trend forecasting
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent
