About the position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in villa renovation and interior fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in project scheduling, resource planning, and progress tracking ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
- Monitor and track project progress against baseline and update schedules accordingly
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, procurement, and subcontractors to gather real-time updates
- Prepare look-ahead programs, delay analysis reports, and recovery plans as needed
- Assist in planning labor, material, and equipment resources to meet project milestones

Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and client reviews
- Ensure all planning activities comply with contract requirements and quality standards
Candidate Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- 3-5 years of UAE experience specifically in villa renovation or interior fit-out projects
- Sound understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and material lead times

Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
