We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven PMO Lead (Senior Manager) to oversee the performance of PMO and Project Controls services across major programs. In this senior role, you will ensure that all project controls and risk management practices align with international standards and best practices, providing expert guidance and technical leadership across program delivery. You will lead the execution of digital services, support client engagement, and act as a subject matter expert in PMO and Project Controls. With strong commercial acumen and deep industry insight, you will foster high-performing teams, mentor project professionals, and champion innovation and carbon reduction strategies. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Chartered membership in a relevant professional institution (e.g., Association of Project Managers) is preferred.
- Proven experience delivering a range of project services within major construction programs or management consultancy environments.
- Demonstrates strong business development skills and commercial acumen, including the ability to cross-sell services within client organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of PMO and Project Controls leadership, with active engagement in professional bodies and forums to advance industry standards.
- Strong understanding of construction industry trends, innovations, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Holds certification or experience in Managing Successful Programs (MSP).
- Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement and professional collaboration capabilities.
