About the Role
Join a high-performing, collaborative ER team providing 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and stabilize emergency cases
- Perform emergency surgeries when needed
- Utilize digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house labs
- Communicate clearly with pet owners and referring vets
- Collaborate closely with skilled technicians and support staff
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records
- Stay current with CE and professional development
What You Bring
- DVM or equivalent; active license in FL or TX
- 1+ year of emergency experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
- Calm, collaborative mindset under pressure
- Passion for empathetic, high-quality care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $250K+
- Production Bonus: 21-23% (Paid Monthly)
