Licensed Land Surveyor - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple survey field crews and office technicians
Organize, plan, and direct land surveying operations and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations
Conduct quality control/assurance reviews on project deliverables
Manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, and billing
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and business development efforts
Provide mentorship, feedback, and coaching to survey staff, fostering professional growth and safety practices

High school diploma or equivalent
12+ years of progressive experience in land surveying
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the state of Virginia
Proficient in Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Solid understanding of surveying codes, standards, and jurisdictional regulations
