IT Project Manager - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations within the Quality Manufacturing business unit
Implement and support ERP systems (focus on IQMS/DELMIAworks) across various modules
Drive the full SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) for IT projects: from planning to deployment
Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and ensure license compliance
Coordinate and execute computerized systems validation (CSV) efforts
Manage external vendors and consultants; oversee IT purchasing and training
Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements
Maintain strong version/change control practices across systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in regulated industries
3+ years of hands-on experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks ERP system
Strong project management and organizational skills
Expertise in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Client/Server)
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience supporting IT systems in manufacturing environments
